Includes Table Mountain, Cape Point, Simon's Town and more.
We personally collect you from your accommodation and start our tour by travelling up Table Mountain, one of the new 7 wonders of the world. We will ride the cable car to the top of the mountain from where we can view Cape Town CBD, Robben Island, Camps Bay and more.
Afterwards we travel via Kloofnek to Camps Bay, then on to Llandudno and into Hout Bay. From here we will drive via the world-famous scenic Chapmans Peak Drive towards Misty Cliffs and Scarborough village. We continue to the Cape of Good Hope National Park to view Cape Point, the most southern point in the peninsula.
From here we travel back North towards Boulder's Beach in Simon's Town, where we will visit a colony of African Penguins. Lunch can be arranged before or after this stop at an establishment along the way.
Simon's Town is home to the oldest naval base in South Africa. We will be travelling through interesting and historic places like Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and via the Scenic Boyes Drive towards the M3 highway.
While on the M3, we will pass Pollsmoor Prison where the late President Nelson Mandela spend some time before he was transferred to Robben Island. We will also pass Constantia, which is one of the oldest wine regions in the Western Cape. Further along the way we will see historic artifacts like Mostert's mill and our country's oldest University (Cape Town University) as well as Groote Schuur hospital where Chris Barnard famously made history by successfully completing the world's first heart transplant.
The tour concludes with us returning you to your accommodation in the Waterfront.
